I’ll take your reference photo and hand draw a home portrait digitally with pen and watercolor. You’ll receive a printable 8x10 art piece that can be printed at home or through a printing service. Add a custom name and/or address for a truly special gift.
This is a digital download - nothing will be shipped to you, even though the listing may show free shipping. You will receive a digital custom file in either the message/convo or through email.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND…your photo is my reference, so make sure the colors are true (sometimes lighting can change that) and that it is the angle you prefer. Items can be left off (neighbor's house, light poles, etc.), so be sure to mention that in our conversations.
This listing is for a drawing of your house (including the attached gardens).
1. Simply send us a pic in a convo of your house with any simple instructions.
2. When placing your order, in the personalization section, let us know what message you would like at the bottom (Home Sweet Home, name & address, etc.)
3. I will work my magic, and you will receive an email with the download link.
4. If you have edits (within reason) at this point, please let me know, and we can revise and resend the file. Multiple edits may incur additional fees.
5. Have your file printed at a local printer on an 8x10 or smaller paper. Upsizing above this may cause the image to be blurry.
